Named after Tokyo’s district where it first opened doors, Omotesando runs a handful of boutique coffee shops in select cities around the world. Their space is designed in a clean, true minimalist style, while their staff excels in quality of service. They serve a bespoke house blend from Assembly, as well as a selection of single-origins on pour-over and batch brew. Omotesando is inspired by the traditional Japanese culture of Kissaten—a quiet place where writers and intellectuals gather to drink a cup of coffee.
