Born out of Copenhagen, Hagen is an espresso bar concept that opened doors in a few locations in Central London. Their interior has a touch of Danish hygge, while their baristas complete the atmosphere with their warmth and expert brewing skills. Hagen initiated the Himalayan Specialty Coffee Project, where sustainable coffee production is fostered by trading directly with Nepalese farmers.
