Started in 1997, Chokladfabriken now runs a few artisan chocolate shops across the Swedish capital. Their assortment ranges from pralines and bars to pastries and cakes and varies throughout the year. Valuing true craftsmanship, they make everything by hand using the finest raw materials. Chokladfabriken hosts chocolate-tasting sessions as well as a course on making pralines.
