Located in Madrid’s Lavapiés neighbourhood, Corchito is an informal wine bar built around togetherness and quality conversations. Behind a façade dating back to the 1920s, the bar feels intimate and warm, with natural wood furniture and a candlelit interior. They pour a rotating selection of natural wines from small producers, available by the glass and bottle. To accompany it, the kitchen serves small shareable plates, like the already-established panchito—the Argentinian version of a hot dog. Corchito regularly hosts events, such as collaborations with chefs or arts-and-crafts workshops.
