Beer Merchants Tap is a bar, bottle shop and blendery set in London’s Hackney Wick. They pour a carefully curated selection of beers from 20 taps and stock their fridges with no less than 500 bottles and cans from some of the world’s finest brewers. In addition to that, they serve cheese and meat platters from artisan producers. Beer Merchants Tap hosts the country’s first sour blender, used to brew lambic-style beers in-house.
