Østerberg is a small, artisanal ice cream shop where passion and science go hand in hand. They focus on ice cream, sorbets and waffles and craft everything by hand daily, in small batches. Every ingredient is carefully selected: from the Polynesian vanilla and Marou chocolate to the exotic fruits from their second home in Vietnam. Østerberg never ceases to challenge with flavours and has developed more than 400 ice cream variants to date.
