FUKU is Friedhats' signature spot, a local micro-roastery with the ambition of sourcing and roasting some of the most unusual coffee beans out there. They serve a wide variety of espresso-based and filter coffees and, for the acquired taste, some very special, competition-grade coffees. On the side, a selection of pastries, cakes and croissants can be savoured. FUKU is keen on sourcing local products, from people that care about what they produce.
